The last 24 hours have been manic for many. They have been manic for the presidential hopefuls, watching in nervous anticipation to see if their campaigns have finally paid off, they have been manic for Americans, waiting with bated breath to see who will be making important decisions about them, their families, they're lives and they'e country for the next four years, and they have been manic for those of us over seas who have taken a keen interest in the elections, who realise the importance of it to our countries as well, and who have had to sit helplessly and watch as America decided the leader of the free world.
